Sweet lemon and mild floral notes, the beans carry a nice sweet smell which carries over into the cup. This is one of the best regions in the world for coffee and is a roaster and customer favorite. Yirgacheffe is often considered to be the birthplace of coffee when a herd of goats started nibbling on some coffee cherries and then developed a nice energetic buzz!
